Nana Tornado stated his opinion on the Rants, Bants, and Confessions show, which is hosted by Efia Odo and Rosey, that religion has taught people to seek miracles rather than take charge of their own lives.
“I used to have a friend who would approach me and attempt to push me anytime I brought up God. I interrupted him out of rage. He has that belief, but I’m not into it,” he said.
He recalled how, years ago, he faced backlash for openly questioning religious beliefs on social media. According to him, many people are trapped in a mindset that makes them wait for divine intervention instead of putting in the necessary work to improve their lives.
“Those days, I was always waiting, thinking that God would do everything at the right time, but who told you that? Nothing is going to be perfect unless you wake up and take action!” he argued.

Tornado further stated that he believes everything is within an individual’s control and not dependent on external spiritual forces.
