List of the top 10 most industrialized countries in Africa

A report by The African Exponent, a leading business information platform for entrepreneurs and investors has named the top 10 countries with the most industrialization settings in Africa.

According to the report, South Africa is the most industrialized country in Africa.

Egypt secured second place, propelled by its thriving manufacturing ecosystem, which heavily exports to Europe and the Middle East.

Nigeria followed in third, recognized for hosting some of the continent’s largest industrial conglomerates.

The list also includes Kenya, Algeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Tunisia which took the various positions respectively.

Zambia came out as the last country in 10th place. Zambia’s manufacturing sector is still gaining momentum through growth in agriculture, construction, and consumer goods.

It is surprising and notable that one of Africa’s most evolving countries, Burkina Faso is not in the list although they have been making a great impact in recent years.
