79% of Ghanaian men prefer dating/marrying women aged under 30, as opposed to 21% for women over 30, according to a poll run by Ghanaian lawyer and writer, Chris-Vincent Agyapong.

Agyapong, founder of GhanaCelebrities.Com, conducted the poll via his Facebook page, with a sample size of 3,300. The poll’s margin of error was not stated.
Participants in the poll were asked to answer yes/no to the question, “As a man, who would you want to settle down with or choose as a partner?” The options were a woman aged less than 30 years or women aged over 30.
After 24 hours of voting, Agyapong presented the results to his over 100,000 followers. “POLL RESULTS ARE IN: 79% OF MEN PREFER UNDER-30 WOMEN – THE MARKET HAS SPOKEN,” he said with a flourish.
According to the University of East London alum, the poll results have clearly vindicated his position, i.e., that high-value men prefer women less than 30 years old. Agyapong lambasted ‘triggered’ over 30 women who flooded the poll in a futile attempt to “manipulate the results in their favour”; despite the poll”s clear instructions that only men are supposed to vote.

Over the past several weeks, the controversial minimalist, polygamy, and soft-life ambassador has been waging a war against over 30 women, warning men, in general, to stay away from dating them in favour of their more ‘agreeable’ younger counterparts. His provocative and generally witty posts have mobilised an angry horde of women against him, to no noticeable effect.
To push back on critics, Agyapong insisted his poll’s sample size of just over 3,300 is a “statistically significant sample” out of his over 100,000 followers. Traditional polls have sampled far fewer numbers and extrapolated for larger populations, muting the criticisms against his methodology even before they start.
